Research Insights
User Interviews
We started by researching why people choose to or not to adopt from animal shelter, what are the pro and cons do they have.
Interviewing people who have adopted and never adopted animal, why and why not.

We asked general questions in interviews about pet adoption such as,

How did they adopt the pet?
What procedure did they follow to adopt a pet?
Why did they choose this breed?
From where did they get the information about pets?
What would they prefer for the future adoption animal shelter home or pet stores? Why?

  • Applications are too long and wordy.
  • There is no follow ups of adopted animals.
  • People want to adopt but can’t adopt.
